1. Who we are (Data Controller)
Well-Being Plus LLC, United States, is the controller responsible for your personal data. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact us at wellbeingplusllc@gmail.com.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to visitors worldwide, including residents of the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Brazil, and other countries where our content or ads are accessible.
3. Information we collect
Information you provide: email address (newsletter signup), messages you send through our contact form, and any details you voluntarily share.
Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, language, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, approximate geolocation (city/country level), and interactions with our content. This is typically collected via cookies, pixels, SDKs, and server logs.
Information from third parties: aggregated audience data and conversion events from advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google), analytics providers, and affiliate networks.
We do not knowingly collect special-category data (health, biometrics, religion, etc.).
4. How we use your information and legal bases (GDPR/UK GDPR Art. 6)
- To deliver the Site and content — legitimate interests / performance of a contract.
- To send newsletters and product education — your consent (you may withdraw at any time).
- Analytics and measurement — your consent in the EEA/UK; legitimate interests elsewhere.
- Advertising and remarketing (Meta, Google, affiliate partners) — your consent in the EEA/UK; opt-out where permitted in the US and other regions.
- Security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance — legitimate interests / legal obligation.
5. Sharing of personal information
We share information with:
- Service providers (hosting, email delivery, analytics) acting as processors on our behalf.
- Advertising partners such as Meta Platforms, Google, and affiliate networks, to measure campaigns and show relevant ads.
- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
- Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
For California residents: we do not "sell" personal information for money, but some sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising (e.g., remarketing pixels) may qualify as "sale" or "sharing" under the CPRA. You may opt out at any time — see Section 8.
6. International data transfers
We are based in the United States. When we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to the US or other countries that have not received an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), the UK International Data Transfer Addendum (IDTA), and supplementary measures.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Newsletter contacts are retained until you unsubscribe; analytics data is typically retained for up to 26 months.
8. Your privacy rights
EEA / UK / Switzerland residents. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal data; to data portability; to withdraw consent at any time; and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (e.g., the UK ICO or your national Data Protection Authority).
California (CCPA/CPRA). You may request to know, delete, or correct your personal information; opt out of "sale" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising; and limit the use of sensitive personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To opt out, email us or use a recognized opt-out preference signal (e.g., Global Privacy Control).
Other US states (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others with comprehensive privacy laws): you have similar rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of targeted advertising and profiling.
